Horse riding and trekking

Riding through the Umbrian countryside is a wonderful experience for anyone keen on being immersed in nature.
From horse riding for some hours to a horse trekking for a whole day around the woods and mountains surrounding Spoleto with the guidance of an expert rider, this is the occasion to immerse oneself into a real bath of nature.

Rafting

Rafting on the River Corno, surrounded by the breathtaking spectacle of unspoilt nature, or let oneself be gently carried along by the mild River Nera current, surrounded by thick vegetation; it is a very exciting experience.
Both offer safe rafting routes through the wild beauty of this landscape making a wonderful excursion, with no age limit for the participants!

Hang-gliding and Paragliding

Hang-gliding and Paragliding are the most fascinating and exciting ways to fly, to live the adventures of air sport as well as having extraordinary contact with nature.
The school of hang-gliding and paragliding is located at Castelluccio di Norcia, considered "the Paradise of flight” by the fans of these kinds of sports. It proposes a flight without having to learn technique of piloting, taking off with one short run on a slope, in order to fly next to an expert pilot with a two-seat wing.
