General Information

The itineraries are based on:

• minimum 2 and maximum 6 persons
• presence of one or more professional language guides (Italian and English)
• duration all day - departure from the Villa not before 9.00 am and return not later than 6.00 pm (according to the distances).
• transport by comfortable, air-conditioned minibus
• tickets for entry to museums and visits to the main monuments
• tasting of the local products
• Lunch is not included. The guides will suggest a typical restaurant in the area visited and will accompany the guests there if requested

National Park of the Sibillini Mountains
Travel through the splendid scenary of the National Park of Monti Sibillini, through the mountainous valley of Valnerina with arrival at Pian Grande (1,400 m a.s.l.). Hiking in the highland and with a lunch stop in the picturesque town of Castelluccio. Afternoon tour of the town of Norcia and visits to the gastronomic "Norcinerie" shops with tasting of typical products of the territory. The National Park of Monti Sibillini is one of the more impressive nature reserves of the Appennino Central Chain. Joined to the massive Abruzzo National Park, it represents one of the biggest protected wildlife territories of Italy.

Valnerina and Marmore waterfall
Pleasant journey through the luxuriant mountainous valley considered the green heart of Umbria. Visit to Norcia town and tasting of gastronomic products of the area. Lunch in a typical restaurant and excursion to the famous Marmore Waterfall, the highest in Europe. Located in natural scenery of incomparable beauty, Marmore Waterfall is an incredible man-made piece of work carried out by the Romans in 290 BC, by diverting the Velino River to the Marmore Rock, from where the water falls into the Nera River, 165 metres below! In the naturalistic park, it is possible to follow several signposted paths that allow the visitors to observe the waterfalls from different viewing places of breathtaking beauty.

Monteluco and the trails of the mountain of Spoleto
Trekking in the evocative paths of the Spoleto mountain, which are mostly identical to historic roads: the Giro dei Condotti, Monteluco, the Valcieca, Patrico and Mount Fionchi. The Spoleto mountain embodies millennia of religious history. Geographical peculiarities, from the richness of the forests to the widespread presence of water, and the nature of the soil, have made it special area for prayer and meditation.
