Prices for Exclusive Villa: all the 11 rooms of the luxury hotel, the indoor and outdoor areas at your disposal for weddings and special events to be celebrated in Umbria.

From 3rd November to 31st March (closed period), the Villa is available only in “exclusivity” mode with reservation of at least 30 days in advance.

Weddings and Special Events

The prices includes:

• Exclusive use of all the areas of the hotel, internal areas (lounge and dinning rooms) and outside (Italian garden, swimming-pool, panoramic terrace) until 12 midday on the day after the event.
• Accommodation with buffet breakfast for 22 people max (plus possibility of two extra beds) in the 11 double rooms
• Taxes and service
• 20% discount on the room rates for additional stays prior to or following the Exclusive Villa period.

Accepted Credit Cards: American Express, BankAmericard, Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club
Reservation: deposit 20% of the total cost

Cancellation Policy

The reservation is guaranteed. It can be cancelled with the following terms and charge:

• Deposit: cancellation until 90 days prior to arrival day.
• 30% of the total cost: cancellation from 89 to 60 days before the arrival day
• 50% of the total cost: cancellation from 59 to 30 days before the arrival day
• 100% of the total cost: cancellation less than 30days before the arrival day

•  special cost  of  Exclusive Villa:

• for accommodation at Villa Milani  on nights after and/or before the Exclusive Villa’s period,  a thick discount on Standard BB Prices List,   that grows according to the chosen WPx’s increase: 

• during the Exclusive Villa period, for all the wedding guests (even those who stay in other Spoleto’s hotels),  thick discount on Bar & Restaurant Prices Lists, that grows according to the chosen WPx’s increase: 

• special discount (from 10% up to 30% on Standard BB Rates) for rooms reserved in other Spoleto's Hotels by the wedding guests who can’t fit in the Villa.
